Joshua Tree Internet Media, LLC is owned and operated by Executive Producer Steve Lefkovits. Its purpose is simple: to bring the apartment industry more and better information about increasing revenue through technology-powered tools. Steve Lefkovits was formerly a Vice President of the National Multi Housing Council, where he pioneered their highly successful Technology Conference series.
JTI Media’s first media property is the Apartment Internet Marketing Conference (AIM). AIM 2009 will be held April 29 - May 1, 2009 at the Denver Marriott City Center.
JTI Media’s second property is MultifamilyRevenue.com, an expert site about everything relating to revenue management in the multifamily industry.
